Ryne D. Trevlon is a prolific Canadian song-creator from Kirkland Lake, Ontario. After 27 years of addiction and three years on the beaches and streets, he met with his personal rock bottom and had given up on almost everything, including music.

When Trevlon began his sobriety journey, a single phone call changed everything. His friend and mentor Gary Taylor told him: "Record something that makes you content—and don't give us any of that cookie-cutter BS." That moment sent a wave of creativity through him he thought he'd lost forever.

His passion project, Legacy of Lovers, was born from that wave. Originally created as a form of personal therapy.

Trevlon recorded his debut album, Calm Cool Connections, in the simplest, most unfiltered way possible—with an iPhone 7 and GarageBand. Both the singing and the guitar were captured through the earbud mic, preserving every sound exactly as it happened. Additional instruments and textures were shaped by performing directly on GarageBand.

Like so many of us, mental distractions were present from a young age and have continued into adulthood. Drugs and alcohol became a crutch—to get through the daily and to escape the pressures of society's made-up world.

The single "Calm Cool Connection" unexpectedly reached #13 on the World International Independent Radio Charts, proving that sincerity resonates more than perfection.

In recent years, Trevlon has found himself deeply reconnecting with the older songs from his best-of album, The Silence That Lives Between Constellations.

From humble beginnings to a grounded outlook on life, Ryne D. Trevlon continues to create music rooted in resilience, personal growth, and the ongoing work of navigating a mind that rarely sits still. He now prefers the silence over spectacle, leaving each song open to interpretation and inviting listeners to find themselves within the music.
